Services included with registration
- Cancellation Insurance. Includes a 100% refund of the registration fee (see cancellation insurance refund terms and conditions).
- 5 days of accomodation at Hotel*** in shared twin room.
- 5 dinners and 5 breakfast self-service with local gastronomy (included 5th of October breakfast).
- Accident insurance for the 4 race days
- During the race: feeding points with individual packs containing hot pasta, ham, cheese, fruit, nuts, chocolate, water, drinks and energy bars. Picnic at the end of each day at chill area with local products.
- Chill area with music and bar.
- Medical service during the race and in the paddock area
- 1-2 shuttle services each day during the race.
- Rescue team with 4x4 vehicles and nursery team at the paddock area.
- Bike-patrols guiding team with 20 experienced riders for your safety.
- Free mechanical service for basic bike settings at the paddock and the feeding point. It does not include spare parts or components (must be paid).
- Free public parking lot next to the Hotel (outdoor)
- Bike washing area and security local to save them in the paddock.
- SPORTident timing system with personalized day times printed at the end of each day.
- Race Office at the paddock with Tv-results, last news about race, timetables or accomodations.
- Official Trans-Nomad T-Shirt.
- Riders bag with personalized bib-number, 2 SPORTident chips (to be returned at the end of the race) and some sponsors gifts.
- Link sections and timing sections well marked (GPS also mandatory with race tracks).
- GPS race tracks and Roadbook with race maps and profiles for each day.
- Professional trail building at the timing sections including vegetation and stones cleaning to enjoy the singletracks. Each Trans-Nomad edition near 50km of singletracks are cleaned.
- Professional media and photo team.
- Daily briefing at 20:00h to present the details of the next race-day.
Services not-included with registration
- Trip to Trans-Nomad (you can hire airport transfers to Trans-Nomad at registration)
- Sports massage therapy (you can reserve it at registration)
- Extra drinks at chill area or hotel bar
- Laundry and drying service
- Lost of SPORTident timing chips. Riders must pay for them if they lose them (70 €/ chip)
Cancellation
Insurance Policy
Registration is personal and non-transferable and may not be transferred to other riders without the organization’s authorization.
Your registration includes cancellation insurance, which provides a 100% refund of the registration fee for the causes stipulated in the policy.
Any cancellation must be reported immediately, as well as justified and documented via email at: info@trans-nomad.com or raceoffice@trans-nomad.com.
For any other situations not covered by the insurance cancellation policy, the organization will not provide any refund.
