{"id":14488,"date":"2025-06-07T17:25:52","date_gmt":"2025-06-07T15:25:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/trans-nomad.com\/turbon-magico-the-latest-from-puro-pirineo-and-trans-nomad\/"},"modified":"2025-06-29T16:58:03","modified_gmt":"2025-06-29T14:58:03","slug":"turbon-magico-the-latest-from-puro-pirineo-and-trans-nomad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/trans-nomad.com\/en\/turbon-magico-the-latest-from-puro-pirineo-and-trans-nomad\/","title":{"rendered":"Turb\u00f3n M\u00e1gico: The Latest from Puro Pirineo (and Trans-Nomad!)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"227\"><strong data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"227\">Just a few weeks ago, Puro Pirineo, the most alpine MTB destination in Spain and our base camp for TransNomad 2025, introduced Turb\u00f3n M\u00e1gico: a new sector that\u2019s set to become one of the most sought-after of the season.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"229\" data-end=\"413\">We spoke with Eduardo Moreno, manager of Puro Pirineo (and official photographer of TransNomad), about this new gem of enduro in Huesca that will play a major role in our 2025 edition.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"415\" data-end=\"503\"><strong data-start=\"415\" data-end=\"503\">Who\u2019s behind the creation of this new sector, and how long has it been in the works?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"505\" data-end=\"822\">The project has been developed entirely by Puro Pirineo, with our own trailbuilding team. <strong data-start=\"595\" data-end=\"612\">Turb\u00f3n M\u00e1gico<\/strong> really comes from the desire to integrate the Campo area\u2019s trails into a MTB center. Of course, we thought it was a great idea, so we started working on the trails a couple of years ago, though intermittently.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"824\" data-end=\"862\"><strong data-start=\"824\" data-end=\"862\">What kind of trails can we expect?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"864\" data-end=\"1122\">In the end, we\u2019ve opened up <strong data-start=\"892\" data-end=\"912\">seven new trails<\/strong>, which not only form part of <strong data-start=\"942\" data-end=\"958\">Puro Pirineo<\/strong>, but also serve as a link with our friends from <strong data-start=\"1007\" data-end=\"1029\">Zona Zero Pirineos<\/strong>, as some of them, like <strong data-start=\"1053\" data-end=\"1086\">La Vuelta a la Pe\u00f1a Monta\u00f1esa<\/strong>, are shared between both regions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1124\" data-end=\"1344\">As for the type of trails, most of them are enduro-style, although you\u2019ll also find some XC gems and a <strong data-start=\"1227\" data-end=\"1249\">ciclo-alpine route<\/strong> that will be a new addition to the area (and also one of the new features of TransNomad 2025).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"75\"><strong data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"75\">How does Turb\u00f3n M\u00e1gico complement the existing catalog at Puro Pirineo?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"77\" data-end=\"422\">Aside from a change in the type of terrain, the biggest contribution to the center is undoubtedly the extension of the riding season. While the Castej\u00f3n area offers riding opportunities for much of the year, the Campo &#8211; Turb\u00f3n M\u00e1gico area is perfect for year-round enjoyment. This is definitely a huge bonus for the region and the MTB community.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"424\" data-end=\"465\"><strong data-start=\"424\" data-end=\"465\">Any must-ride routes you&#8217;d recommend?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"467\" data-end=\"678\">Definitely!
