Trans-Nomad powered by Orbea, celebrates its eighth<\/strong> edition<\/strong> in the Benasque Valley- Puro Pirineo<\/a> <\/strong>\u00a0and Aran Valley<\/strong><\/a> in the southern spanish Pyrenees. Those are one of the most magical corners with the best high mountain bike routes in the Pyrenees. This year, the Aneto\u00a0peak (3,369 m<\/strong>) and Turbon peak (2.495 m)<\/strong> will be the omnipresent witnesses to our great adventure.<\/p>

In total, we\u2019ll go through over 160 km<\/strong> of riding, accumulating more than 5000<\/strong> meters of positive elevation and over 10000<\/strong> meters of negative elevation. During our adventure, we\u2019ll explore the Pyrenean valleys of Benasque, Turb\u00f3n and Val d\u00b4Aran<\/strong>, crossing daily mountain passes at altitudes exceeding 2000 meters over the sea, pedaling and carrying our bikes to truly incredible places.<\/p>

This is an enduro blind adventure,<\/strong> with trails perfectly conditioned for you, featuring various types of terrain: alpine meadows, forests, and rocky paths. All surrounded by mountains over 3000 meters in height.<\/p>

More than being just a race, TransNomad is a unique mountain biking experience<\/strong>. Pioneer<\/span> event in Spain of backcountry enduro considered today as one of the best Trans format enduro race in the world. 5<\/strong> events day and 4 race days <\/span>\u00a0into the wilder Pyrenees<\/span>. Round trip route begining and ending in <\/span>Benasque<\/b>\u00a0(Huesca, Spain).<\/p>

Entries are limited to 9<\/strong>0 riders<\/span> for environmental reasons. A good physical and technichal level of mtb-downhill for singletracks is required. It’s not necessary to be a superman or superwoman to come to Trans-Nomad but you have to be fit, both normal riders and E-Bike riders.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Every day, 4-5 timed sections<\/strong> will be completed, with stages ranging from 40-50 km<\/strong> and a positive elevation gain of 1500-2000 meters<\/strong>, along with over 3000 meters<\/strong> of negative elevation per stage. The race follows a backcountry enduro blind MTB format<\/strong>, entirely on high mountain trails. Participants cannot practice the sections in advance. The route will be revealed to participants one week before the event.<\/p>

Additionally, each day, 1-2 shuttles<\/strong> will be provided using vans equipped with racks to carry bicycles. These shuttles operate at the beginning of the day and after the midday refreshment stop. The timed sections will be marked<\/strong> with tape, and the connecting segments are guided and feature signs at intersections. The timing<\/strong> system is Sport Ident, allowing participants the freedom to start without a predetermined order.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
